At My Practice Helper (MyPracticeHelper.com), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our order process and billing are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, which acts as the official seller of record for all our digital products and services.

Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights regarding refunds, cancellations, and statutory rights. This policy sits alongside our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. Digital Products and Immediate Access

By subscribing to or purchasing access to My Practice Helper, you agree to receive immediate online access to our software and services. Except as required by law or explicitly stated in this policy, all transactions are final once account access has been granted.

2. Refund Eligibility & Request Window

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on initial subscription purchases under the following specific conditions:

  • Technical issues: You experience persistent technical issues that prevent you from using the platform, which our support team cannot resolve within 5 business days.
  • Non-delivery: You did not receive your account access or login credentials following checkout, and you contacted support within 7 days of purchase.
  • Accidental duplicate billing: You were inadvertently charged multiple times for the same transaction.

Non-refundable circumstances

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • You change your mind after accessing, configuring, or actively using the platform.
  • Your web browser or device fails to meet standard technical requirements clearly outlined on our platform.
  • Your account was suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
  • The refund request is submitted after the 14-day window has expired.

3. Subscriptions & Renewal Cancellations

  • Cancellation anytime: You may cancel your ongoing subscription at any time through your account billing settings or via the link provided in your Paddle receipt email.
  • Access after cancellation: Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. You will not receive a prorated refund for the remaining days in that cycle.
  • Recurring billing charges: Recurring renewal charges are non-refundable once processed, unless required by local consumer law. Please ensure you cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid automatic billing.

4. EU/UK Consumer Statutory Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you generally have a statutory right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Digital goods waiver: When you purchase our digital content or services and consent to immediate access, you acknowledge that you expressly waive your standard 14-day statutory right of withdrawal once access has commenced, in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.

5. How to Request a Refund

If you meet the criteria for a refund, you can request one using either of the following methods:

  • Contact us directly: Email our customer support at help@mypracticehelper.com with your order details, purchase email address, and reason for the request.
  • Contact Paddle directly: Because Paddle handles billing, you can also request a refund through your receipt email or via Paddle Buyer Support.

If approved, refunds are processed by Paddle back to the original payment method used at checkout within 5 to 10 business days.
